Interview Peter O´Sullivan with Karen Litzy

Karen Litzy interviews Peter O’Sullivan. She volunteers to be a patient with neck pain and Peter does a patient history with her. Great to see which questions he asks her, how he communicates with Karen. Peter explains that Cognitive Functional Therapy is not “talk therapy”, but “doing therapy”. It’s about exposure to fearful movements and giving control to our patients. He also explains why pelvic pain is not about ligament laxity, but more about tissue sensitivity.
